Refund policy

Return Policy

SCW will gladly exchange or accept returns on regularly priced or sale priced merchandise.  All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, not altered or washed and must include original tags and boxes.  Returns and exchanges must occur within 60 days of the original purchase date.

*Please send your returns or exchanges to the address below with your name and order number inside the box.  
*Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as SCW will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.  

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the receipt of your return.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account.

SCW reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on merchandise that is not in original condition and packaging and if it is received more than 60 days after the original purchase date.
